With just a little stock market research, you will find that company's such as Standard Life Investments Ltd, North Atlantic Value LLP and Oryx International Growth Fund Limited all have significant interests in our 'unknown' Telecom plus PLC. For example, Standard Life Investments Ltd, who manage worldwide assets of £143.4 billion, hold a 7% interest.
